本课题组主要在铁电压电材料及器件、半导体薄膜与器件、纳米材料与器件、材料表面物理与化学等领域和方向开展科学研究。

 

课题组成员:教授3名,副教授4名,讲师1名,实验师1名,博士研究生4名,硕士研究生22名。

课题组负责人:何云斌,19724月生,博士,湖北省楚天学者计划特聘教授、首批百人计划特聘专家、博士生导师,现任湖北大学材料科学与工程学院副院长。入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划、湖北省高端人才引领培养计划(第二层次)、湖北省新世纪高层次人才工程(第一层次)、武汉市学科带头人计划,获湖北省自然科学杰出青年基金、第九届湖北省青年科技奖。19941997年先后在湖北大学获得物理学专业理学学士和无机非金属材料专业工学硕士学位。199910月赴德国李比希-吉森大学第一物理研究所攻读固体物理专业博士,20036月获理学博士学位。20037月至200612月,先后在德国李比希-吉森大学物理一所、物理化学研究所、马普学会金属研究所从事博士后研究。20071月至200812月,在美国杜兰大学物理系从事博士后和访问研究。20132月至201412月,在德国李比希-吉森大学物理化学研究所做高级访问研究。主要在半导体光电子薄膜、纳米材料的氧化、氧化物表面物理与化学等领域开展研究。曾作为骨干完成德国工业合作研究、欧盟国际合作特定目标优先项目、美国能源部基础研究、中国国家自然科学基金等多个项目的研究。作为负责人主持完成或在研国家自然科学基金面上(3项)、教育部新世纪优秀人才计划、教育部博导基金、教育部留学人员回国启动基金、湖北省自然科学杰出青年基金、湖北省技术创新重大项目、湖北省高端人才引领培养计划、武汉市学科带头人计划、企业合作等项目的研究。至今发表学术论文120余篇, 其中90余篇被SCI收录,15篇被ISTP收录,被SCI论文引用1500余次,H-指数:23;发表论文中含材料领域顶级期刊Nature Materials (影响因子:38.891) 1篇、物理领域顶级期刊Phys. Rev. Lett. (7.645) 1篇。是欧洲材料学会(EMRS)、美国物理学会(APS)、中国材料学会(CMRS)、湖北省高级专家协会会员,J. Phys. Chem. C, Cryst. Growth Des., Thin Solid Films 20种国际期刊审稿人。

周桃生:教授,湖北省有突出贡献中青年专家,享受国务院政府津贴。主要研究方向为铁电压电材料与器件。先后承担主持省部级重点攻关项目4项,省厅级重大、重点及创新项目4项,横向合作项目4项;参与研究国家863项目2项,国家自然科学基金2项,省部级、厅级及横向合作项目10项。曾获国家科技进步二等奖1项,省科技进步一、二等奖各1项,省科技进步三等奖2项,省级鉴定成果2项,国家专利3项,美国专利1项。在国内外重要学术期刊上发表论文50余篇,多篇被SCI、EI收录。

何云斌教授课题组

尚勋忠:男,1972年1月出生,理学博士,教授。1994年毕业于湖北大学物理系,获理学学士学位;1998年毕业于湖北大学压电陶瓷技术研究所无机非金属材料专业,获工学硕士学位;2004年7月毕业于中国科学院物理研究所表面物理国家重点实验室凝聚态物理专业,获理学博士学位。2003年9月至2003年12月以交换学生的身份到澳大利亚Wollongong大学物理系研究半导体制冷器,2004年9月至2005年3月以非常勤研究员的身份在日本神户大学工学部开展半导体量子点的研究,之后在武汉大学从事博士后研究工作。2006年9月起在湖北大学材料科学与工程学院工作, 现主要从事电子材料与器件的开发应用。主持2项国家自然科学基金,参与多项实用化光电材料及器件研究课题。发表论文50余篇, 其中第一署名被SCI收录13篇。

何云斌教授课题组

常钢:男,1976年12月出生,工学博士,副教授。1999年7月毕业于武汉大学化学系,获学士学位;2002年12月毕业于武汉大学化学与分子科学学院分析化学专业,获硕士学位;2006年9月毕业于日本京都大学材料化学专业,获博士学位;之后先后在日本京都大学、大阪工业大学、日本产业技术综合研究所从事博士后研究工作。2010年7月回国进入湖北大学材料科学与工程学院工作。主要研究领域包括石墨烯/金属纳米复合材料、新型燃料电池、电化学生物传感器等。作为主要科研骨干参与完成了多项科研项目,现主持国家自然科学基金、湖北省科技厅重点项目、湖北省教育厅优秀中青年基金、武汉市晨光计划等项目的研究。在国内外学术期刊发表论文40余篇,其中SCI论文30篇,第一(通讯)作者22篇,他引600多次。

郑克玉:女,1967年2月生,博士,副教授。1992年7月,毕业于原安徽工学院机械设备与制造专业(现合肥工业大学机械与汽车工程学院)。2001年6月毕业于湖北大学物理与电子科学学院材料学专业,获得工学硕士学位。2009年12月毕业于华中科技大学物理学院凝聚态物理专业,获得理学博士学位。自1994年4月起先后在湖北大学物理与电子科学学院和材料科学与工程学院工作。主要致力于铁电压电材料(包括陶瓷、薄膜、纳米结构)的制备、结构、性能、相变等研究及压电器件的研制。在铁电压电材料与器件领域,已经取得一些成果。在国际国内刊物发表论文17篇。作为主要参与人,参与和完成国家自然科学基金项目4项,主持和完成省部级项目2项,国家级和省级教改项目2项。

卢寅梅:1974年4月生,理学硕士,实验师。1996年毕业于湖北大学物理系,获理学学士学位;2000年4月起在德国吉森市学德语;2002年9月通过德语DSH考试;2002年10月至2006年4月就读于德国李比希-吉森大学物理系,并以优异成绩(Note:1.2)获得理学硕士学位;2006年6月至8月在德国西门子埃尔福特公司参加了中型发电机设计及计算培训。2009年1月起在湖北大学材料科学与工程学院工作。2012年5月至今在德国李比希-吉森大学物理系攻读博士学位。主要从事透明导电氧化物CuAlO2、SnO2等薄膜的制备及表征研究。参与国家自然科学基金、教育部博导基金、武汉市学科带头人计划等多个项目的研究工作,发表学术论文多篇。

张蕾:女,1981年5月出生,工学博士,讲师。2003年毕业于湖北大学物理学专业,获理学学士学位;2003年至2008年于武汉大学物理科学与技术学院硕博连读,2008年获工学博士学位。主要研究半导体光电材料与器件,稀土发光材料与器件。作为主要科研骨干参与完成了多项科研项目,现主持国家自然科学基金项目一项。在国内外学术期刊发表SCI论文10余篇,其中第一作者论文5篇;获国家发明专利一项。

黎明锴:男,1976年4月出生,理学博士,副教授。1998年07月毕业于武汉大学物理系,获学士学位;2004年7月毕业于武汉大学物理系,获博士学位,期间从事超高硬度薄膜及铁磁半导体研究;2006年3月,在韩国东国大学量子功能半导体研究中心完成博士后学习,期间从事铁磁半导体器件设计;2006年3月至2011年6月,在韩国东国大学量子功能半导体研究中心(研究教授)从事铁磁铁电半导体杂化器件研究,量子多功能半导体器件设计,纳米功能材料研究。2011年7月起在湖北大学材料科学与工程学院工作, 现主要从事ZnO、ZnOS、MgZnOS、CdZnOS等宽禁带半导体材料相关研究,主持并参与完成了多项国家和省市科研项目,在国内外学术期刊发表论文30余篇,获韩国专利一项,中国发明专利三项。

李派:女,1983年2月出生,工学博士,讲师。2004年毕业于华中科技大学应用物理专业,获理学学士学位;2004年至2009年于华中科技大学物理学院硕博连读,2009年获工学博士学位。2009年至2011年于清华大学从事博士后研究工作。主要研究超大磁电阻材料,多铁性材料器件以及光电功能材料。作为主要科研骨干参与完成了多项科研项目,现主持国家自然科学基金项目一项。在国内外学术期刊发表SCI论文10余篇。

 研 究 方 向 概 况

 铁电压电陶瓷材料与器件研究方向

自1976年以来一直研究高性能铅基压电陶瓷材料、无铅压电陶瓷材料、低温烧结压电陶瓷材料及大功率压电陶瓷变压器及其系列高压电源、压电陶瓷耦合固体继电器、多层压电陶瓷器件、压电陶瓷超声換能器等具有实用性的电子产品。主持和参与完成了国家863计划项目、国家自然科学基金项目、教育部和湖北省等省部级重点科研项目30余项,曾获国家科技进步二等奖1项,省科技进步一、二等奖各1项,省科技进步三等奖2项,省级鉴定成果2项,国家专利4项,美国专利1项。在国内外重要学术期刊上发表论文150余篇,多篇被SCI、EI收录。

压电陶瓷耦合固体继电器样机已通过国家继电器质量监督检测中心检测,其主要性能指标已达到或超过国家标准所规定的技术要求。通过湖北省科技厅主持的成果鉴定,技术达世界先进水平。
  
 
半导体薄膜及器件研究方向

       该方向我们主要研究宽禁带半导体(例如:氧化锌、氧化锡)和能源光电子材料(太阳能电池)。最终的目标是开发一种低成本(一步溅射法)制备环保、高效CuInS2(CIS)薄膜太阳能电池的技术。正在进行的工作包括烧结用于溅射的CIS陶瓷靶,系统地研究ZnOS合金以便设计可用于CIS太阳能电池的多层梯度ZnOS缓冲层以及ZnO、ZnOS、ZnS-基超晶格和量子阱,以及ZnO:Al、TiO2:Nb作为窗口层的太阳能电池。近期将把对ZnOS三元合金的工作推广到MgZnOS四元合金,并将开展对透明导电氧化物SnO2和SnO薄膜的研究。

纳米材料和纳米器件研究方向

   该方向研究的目标是理解基本的材料合成过程和纳米材料与支撑衬底间的相互作用。基于上述的理解,我们设计和制造零维或一维纳米材料,然后用它们通过自组装和化学键合来修饰衬底(如:ITO、玻碳、块状金属)。这些纳米材料修饰的衬底可以广泛应用于非均相催化、生物相容的传感器、燃料电池和二次电池的新电极材料等。我们的研究涵盖了纳米技术、材料化学、无机化学、电化学和固态物理。

表面物理和化学研究方向

  在这方面我们主要利用超高真空表面分析技术如STM、LEED、XPS、AES、TPD等研究了单晶过渡金属表面的氧化,清洁和水吸附的二氧化钛锐钛矿(101)和金红石(011)-(2 x1)表面。未来要做的工作包括生长和表征高质量的外延TiO2和VO2薄膜;甲醇在TiO2金红石(110)和锐钛矿(101)、(001)表面的吸附,和原位研究钛单晶的表面氧化及生成TiO2表面的化学性质,并与商用的样品表面进行比较。
