一、项目概况 依托湖北大学能源捕获和环境传感绿色技术学科创新引智基地(111基地)、功能材料绿色制备及应用教育部重点实验室、智能感知系统与安全教育部重点实验室、材料科学与工程省级重点学科,联合武汉龙头企业,打造聚焦新能源材料、生物医用材料领域的国际暑期学校。项目以"技术赋能、产业对接、人才孵化"为核心,助力湖北新材料产业创新。 二、资助内容 1. 生活津贴:参照中国政府奖学金标准,为国际学者提供生活补贴; 2. 住宿保障:统一安排校内留学生公寓,配备网络及办公设施; 3. 学术支持:提供材料基因组数据库使用权限及AI辅助设计工具培训; 4. 文化体验:组织武汉-襄阳-宜昌新材料产业参访及荆楚文化活动。 三、申请条件 1. 境外高校或科研机构在职教师/青年科研人员,硕/博士研究生,年龄45岁以下; 2. 研究方向为新能源材料、生物医用材料等领域; 3. 需提供学术经历或学术成果证明等材料。 四、项目特色 1. 精准匹配:紧扣湖北新能源材料产业需求,联合武汉重点企业开展技术研讨; 2. 轻量化运营:通过开源算法包共享(如材料缺陷预测模型),减少重复开发成本; 3. 成果导向:要求学者提交1项技术报告,优秀成果可推荐至省级科技计划。 五、预期成果 预计促成5项以上国际合作意向,孵化3个学生创业项目,并形成标准化暑期学校课程体系,为湖北新材料产业输送具有国际视野的复合型人才。 该项目通过"津贴保障+学术赋能+产业转化"三位一体模式,既延续了湖北大学国际交流传统优势,又创新性融入地方产业需求和学科特色,助力湖北省加快建成重要战略支点,服务国家高质量发展需求。 Summer School on New Material R&D Strategies Under the Background of Artificial Intelligence Project Overview Supported by Hubei University's "111 Project" Base for Energy Capture and Environmental Sensing Green Technology, the Key Laboratory of Green Preparation and Application of Functional Materials (Ministry of Education), the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Perception Systems and Security (Ministry of Education), and the Provincial Key Discipline of Materials Science and Engineering, this international summer school focuses on new energy materials and biomedical materials. It is jointly established with the leading enterprises in Wuhan, aiming to "empower technology, align industry, and incubate talent" to drive innovation in Hubei's new material industry. Funding Content 1. Living Allowance: Provides living subsidies to international scholars in accordance with China's Government Scholarship standards. 2. Accommodation: Arranges university-owned international student apartments with internet and office facilities. 3. Academic Support: Grants access to the Material Genome Database and offers training on AI-assisted design tools. 4. Cultural Experience: Organizes industrial visits to Wuhan-Xiangyang-Yichang new material enterprises and cultural activities showcasing Hubei's Chu traditions. Application Requirements 1. In-service teachers or young researchers from overseas institutions, master’s or doctoral students under 45 years old. 2. Research focus on new energy materials or biomedical materials. 3.
