陈剑
一、个人简介:
陈剑,工学博士,2016年和2021年分别于湖北大学材料物理专业和材料科学与工程专业获工学学士和工学博士学位(导师:何云斌教授)。主要从事铁电半导体材料及光电器件方面的研究。主持国家自然科学青年基金、中国博士后科学基金及湖北省博士后创新研究岗位等项目3项,并作为骨干参与科技部重点研发计划课题和国家自然科学基金面上等多个项目研究。至今在Mater. Sci. Eng. R、ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces、Appl. Phys. Lett.等国内外重要学术期刊发表SCI学术论文34篇,被引用700余次;申请国家发明专利13项(获授权8项);获中国硅酸盐学会优秀博士论文奖、博士生国家奖学金、全国性学术会议最佳报告人奖、最佳海报奖、湖北大学优秀毕业研究生等多项荣誉奖励。
