郭全胜博士主要从事热电转换材料制备、晶体结构、微观结构,以及热学、电学和磁学性质等方面的研究。在方钴矿、碲化铊、过渡金属元素硫属化合物、高锰硅化合物的研究方面取得了一系列进展,相关成果以第一作者发表在J. Appl. Phys.、J. Alloys Compd.、Inorg. Chem.、ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces等国际知名刊物。参与撰写热电材料、晶体生长专著相关章节。
