二、科研方向和科研成果

主要从事宽禁带半导体CuAlO2、SnO2、ZnOS薄膜的制备、掺杂、带隙调节等研究,以及无机钙钛矿铁电薄膜太阳能电池的探索研究工作。主持湖北省自然科学基金、材料复合新技术国家重点实验室开放基金等项目,参与国家自然科学基金、教育部博导基金、武汉市学科带头人计划等多个项目,至今发表学术论文近30篇,其中SCI论文近20篇。
