科研方向和科研成果:

主要研究方向为TMDs等二维材料及器件,宽禁带半导体材料及其光电器件。主持参与完成了多项科研项目,在国内外学术期刊发表SCI论文20余篇。

主持科研项目:

1、国家自然科学基金青年基金项目:阴离子取代ZnO基量子阱结构ZnO1-xSx/ZnO的设计、制备与光学特性研究,2011/01-2013/12,20万元,已结题。

2、湖北省自然科学基金青年基金项目:VO2薄膜MIT相变机制的原位研究,2015/01-2016/12,5万元,结题。

3、湖北省教育厅科学技术研究计划优秀中青年人才项目:稀土离子注入调节钛酸锶钡铁电薄膜上转换材料的光学性能及发光机理研究,2012/01-2013/12,2万元,结题。
